Should you wish to cancel an order please contact us immediately. Unfortunately, if your order has already left our depot or it was a special order item placed with Honda, it cannot be cancelled. For this reason, if you are unsure always ensure to check with us on our online chat support or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) before placing your order so we can be 100% certain that you have the correct part ordered for your motorcycle.
NutJob strive to ensure that we have reasonable access to every motorcycle part listed on our site in stock, however a selection of the parts listed may be special order parts or sourced internationally. You will be notified immediately if there is any possibility of delay with your order and we will also advise an estimated shipment date for your reference.
All parts listed online with an 'Add' to cart option are available for purchase, you will also notice that we have advised all parts that have 'Limited Availability', in this case please contact us as there are only a few units available for purchase and we will do our best to source the quantity you require. We have also noted all discontinued Honda motorcycle parts for easy reference, when a part is marked as discontinued, generally there are no units available for purchase worldwide. On the odd occasion, some stock may be available for a discontinued part line so if you are trying to source an old part that is marked as discontinued online, please contact us and we'll check if there is a chance that we might be able to source stock for you.

NutJob endeavour to have your part(s) dispatched within 4-6 working days of your order. However, some parts are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are beyond our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. We will always contact you with estimated dates if we are informed that your part(s) may need a longer lead time to supply. A limited six month warranty is provided and applied to all our motorcycle parts, and warrant these parts to be free from defects in workmanship and material. Liability will under no circumstances exceed the amount of its original sale or the replacement of the defective merchandise. Our warranty does not cover merchandise failure due to abuse, misuse, improper installation, improper maintenance, improper and unauthorised repairs, alterations or modification. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover any freight charges, the cost of parts removal, consequential or subsequent damages, or normal wear and tear. If you feel your product may have a defect, please contact us immediately as we must be notified within the six month warranty window from the date of order delivery for warranty terms and conditions to apply.
At the time of delivery you may be required to sign for the delivery of the part(s) from the courier, after which time the part(s) become your responsibility. NutJob recommends that you thoroughly inspect your parcel prior to sign off, if the parcel is visibly damaged, do not sign for the order. Please contact us immediately to report any damages or defects with your order.
NutJob are happy to exchange or refund goods if they are returned within 14 days of date of delivery, provided that they remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all of their contents intact. Please click here to view the NutJob Returns Policy in full.
At our Checkout, we accept PayPal as well as all standard Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards.
NutJob do not accept payment by bank transfer, draft, postal order or any other payment method. For your safety and protection we have implemented Braintree by PayPal on our website to provide you with 'Level 1 PCI DSS' compliance, this is the highest and most stringent of the 'PCI DSS' levels to ensure optimum safety when you shop with us online for your Honda parts.

To ensure that credit card details are correct, NutJob will take steps to verify your identity with the payment processor, Braintree by PayPal. Braintree is a validated Level 1 PCI DSS compliant service provider, listed on Visa's Global Compliant Provider and Mastercard's SDP List. They operate a 'Noprohibited data storage' policy, whereby they do not store raw magnetic stripe, card validation code, or PIN block data. They also operate data encryption via the Braintree vault, cardholder data is managed using multiple encryption keys with split knowledge and dual control for optimal protection and safety for our customers.
NutJob retails Genuine Honda Motorcycle and ATV parts direct from Honda.
NutJob parts and accessories are brand new, genuine Honda motorcycle parts and have never been used. NutJob will never sell you a used part(s).
NutJob only supply genuine, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts.
NutJob is an online business only so unfortunately we do not paint or fit any parts. We recommend you take great care when fitting a part and always consult an expert first and/or follow the advice in your owner's manual and follow the manufacturer's instructions. The majority of our parts are sold individually, however in the case of some parts such as discs or pads, they are sold in pairs or sets. The quantity required for your part is clearly displayed in the 'Quantity Required' column listed alongside each part number on the website. If you are unsure, please reach out to our parts experts on online chat support or email us (email@example.com) and we will assist you regarding the quantity of the part(s) you require.
